Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unaltered, undamaged and with party tags. If the goods are returned outside these terms, the return will be sent back to you at additional cost;
REFUND
Full price items are eligible for a full refund;
FULL PRICE
Full price items are eligible for refund, exchange or store credit;
GOODS FOR SALE
Items on sale or purchased during a flash sale/promotional event are only eligible for store credit or exchange;
SALE
Items marked as "Final Sale - No Returns or Exchanges" cannot be returned. If the goods are returned despite this rule, the goods will be sent back to you at additional cost;
DISCOUNT CODE
Orders placed with a promotional code that offers a discount on the order (other than our 10% welcome offer) are only eligible for store credit or exchange;
SWIMWEAR
All swimwear must be tried on over underwear, the hygienic strip must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered;
GIFT CARD
Gift cards cannot be returned;
RETURN
We recommend that you try all products immediately after receipt to ensure that they can be returned within the return period.
Original shipping costs are not refunded and the cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the customer. cxniubi.com assumes no responsibility for lost returns. We recommend that you return items via registered or trackable postal services, as return packages remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received by cxniubi.com.
PROCESSING TIME FOR RETURNS
We try to process refunds daily, but processing your return can take up to 3-5 working days. You will receive an email notification when our team has received your return and when it has been processed.
DEFECTIVE GOODS
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by receiving a defective item. Please contact our customer service team at support@cxniubi.com with your order number and photos of the defect and we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
